The first time I heard about The Prickly Pear Cooking Classes was from a co-worker who celebrated a birthday with their 'Roman cooking class.' She described how Chef Deb made them feel incredibly welcome in her beautiful home. For two days, my co-worker and her friend couldn’t stop talking about how fun, informative, and delicious the class was. Their enthusiastic recommendations echoed throughout the office, highlighting the positive impact of the experience.

About six months later, I attended a class with my husband at the Urban Farmhouse Cooking School, unaware that it was the same place. Our class, 'Veganlicious,' was an amazing opportunity to learn about international cuisine, featuring dishes like Hummus, Bali Bowl with dumplings, and a Lemon Tart. The experience was both educational and enjoyable, as we contributed to the preparation process, making dumplings and chopping ingredients. The three-hour class was filled with learning, laughter, and delicious food. Deb’s knowledge, enthusiasm, and willingness to answer questions made the experience even more memorable.
